Another view of the old building on San Leandro Street (this time seen from the railroad tracks at Fruitvale Avenue). A correspondent tells me it's the old Fruitvale Hotel, built in the early twentieth century. It's amazing it's still standing, given the state it's been in for at least the past decade… (May 2010).
